i had a great stay at comfort suites. the staff was friendly and always ensured the place was spotless, both inside and out. the hotel is conveniently located near oakwood plaza, making it easy to explore. plus, the outdoor pool was refreshing! truly loved the clean facilities.

I had to wait longer than expected for pickup from the airport. Also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff seemed friendly, but I think there’s room for improvement in responsiveness to maintenance requests. My first room had a noisy AC, but they quickly switched me to another room when I complained. The second room was much quieter, allowing me to get better sleep. Overall, if you’re looking for a good base near the airport, it could work, but keep your expectations in check regarding shuttle reliability and amenities.

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel is close to the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame and the American Offshore Marina, which made for fun day trips. Our room was clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly, making breakfast a treat. Definitely recommend staying here!

The spacious and clean room made my stay enjoyable, and the nearby frost park was a fantastic spot for a leisurely walk just over 2 km away. plus, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which really added to the experience.

The place is pretty nice! Our suite was clean and comfy. The free coffee and breakfast were decent. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver. Just a heads up, watch out for the rude guy in the burgundy shirt who thinks he's entitled to a tip. Not cool! Overall, it was a decent stay.

The Queen Suite we had was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfy, and the pillows were great too. Breakfast was decent for hotel food. It felt comfortable and cozy enough for our family of four.
